Application allows to chat with more than one person simultaneously. Conference mode makes possible to communicate with few users in the same chat window.

File sharing/sending
Possibility of sending documents (for example pricing lists, specifications, catalogs).

Remote desktop
With user acknowledgement the operator can take over the other user's desktop and diagnose problems or make changes in the configuration.

Operator's activity statistics
Generates reports about operators availability. Displays three different operator modes.

Private chat
Chat marked as private will not be visible by other operators in chat history.

Other IM protocols
External protocols allow communicate with other IM networks, such as MSN or ICQ. In the Communicator application they appear optionally as plugins.
